A complete in-house spinning route for water-soluble PVA
Our production route integrates automatic winding, ring spinning, speed frames, blow room, blowing-carding and drawing equipment to support consistent, traceable manufacturing across counts and dissolution grades.
From 20°C low-temperature dissolution to 90°C grades, from yarn count and package length to fiber fineness and cut length, the format is matched to the intended process.

Fabricación
Complete spinning capability, blow room to winding
The production system covers automatic winding, ring spinning, speed frames, blow room, blowing-carding and drawing. Live production imagery below.

Fiber opening & cleaning
Raw PVA material is opened and cleaned in the blow room to prepare an even feed for the line.

Carding
The blowing-carding system forms a uniform web and sliver, controlling fiber orientation from the start.

Drawing
Drawing passes blend and parallelize the slivers to stabilize count and evenness.

Speed framing
The speed frame adds controlled twist and drafts the sliver into roving ready for fine spinning.

Ring spinning
Ring spinning frames draw and twist the roving into the target count with the required strength profile.

Automatic winding
Automatic winders clear, splices and package the yarn into consistent cones prepared for inspection and shipment.
Traceability
Approved samples link to written specifications; batch records and QC results document each production run. Changes to raw material, construction, finish or route are controlled and communicated rather than silently substituted.

Supply capability
The company supports customers from sample validation through repeat bulk supply. Specifications, packaging and delivery terms are confirmed per order at contracting.
